About Me

Originally from Jamestown, New York, Ben Cecchini first arrived in Costa Rica in 2020, where he was drawn to the natural beauty, slower pace of life, and the lifestyle Nosara has to offer.

In addition to his work in real estate, Ben is the founder of Give N’ Grow, a nonprofit that has impacted over 80,000 kids worldwide through mental health and social-emotional programming. Prior to real estate, he built a career across mental health, athletics, and performance coaching, including work with the Atlanta Hawks and Under Armour.

Ben approaches real estate with purpose—using it as a vehicle to give back to the Nosara community while providing for his wife Erica and son Leonardo. He donates a portion of every transaction to local initiatives and is committed to helping clients make meaningful, values-aligned investments.
