About Me

Ed has been living and investing in Nosara since 2015 and founded Evolve Realty in 2019. He is originally from Huntington, NY and first came to Costa Rica as an exchange student at the National University (UNA). He was enamored with the “pura vida” approach to a happy life, the ecology of Costa Rica and amazing outdoor adventures the country offers. After graduating from Siena College and working in international trade, Ed chose to pursue his dream of living in paradise and helping others do the same. He prides himself on very attentive service, strong market knowledge and helping his clients make aligned purchases. In his spare time, you may find him on the basketball court, playing beach volleyball, enjoying Costa Rican coffee or catching some waves. Ed is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and loves connecting with people from all over the world who want to call Nosara home.
